By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Our services
Collepals provides custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and research assistance. All papers and materials we deliver are intended to be used as model papers, study guides and references to help you understand a subject and develop your own work.
3. Proper use of our work
You agree to use the materials we deliver responsibly and in line with the academic integrity rules of your institution. You may use a delivered paper as a source of ideas, as a reference (properly cited), or as a guide to structure and argument. Collepals is not responsible for how you choose to use the materials once they are delivered.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate, complete information when registering or placing an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and depend on the academic level, number of pages, and deadline. Prices start from $10 per page.
- Orders must be paid in full before work begins.
- You are responsible for providing clear, complete instructions and all required materials (readings, rubrics, lecture notes) when you place your order.
- Discounts and promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
6. Deadlines and delivery
We aim to deliver every order on or before the deadline you select, from 6 hours to 30 days. Completed work is delivered through your account and/or by email. Deadlines may be affected if your instructions are incomplete, if you change the requirements after the order is placed, or if we are waiting on information from you.
7. Revisions
We offer free revisions until you are satisfied, provided that your revision request is consistent with your original order instructions and is submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests that change the topic, length, or core instructions are treated as a new order and may be charged separately.
8. Money-back guarantee and refunds
If we cannot complete your order, or if a delivered paper does not meet your original instructions and we are unable to fix it through revisions, you may request a full or partial refund. Refund requests must be sent to our support team with a clear explanation. Refunds are reviewed case by case and, once approved, are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are not available for orders that were delivered on time and meet the original instructions.
9. Originality
Every paper is written from scratch and checked for plagiarism using Turnitin. A plagiarism report is available with your order on request.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your personal details and order information confidential. We do not share your identity with writers or any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
Once your order is paid in full, you receive the right to use the delivered paper for your personal, non-commercial study purposes in line with section 3. 12. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false payment information, to harass our staff or writers, to attempt to contact writers outside the platform, or to resell papers delivered to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collepals is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including academic penalties, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
